Open a PDF, then click an outlined text section to change it. Use + Text for a new text box, or + Picture for an image. Drag a text box using its handle. Resize a box from its bottom-right corner. Existing page pictures remain in the background; newly inserted pictures can move and resize.
PDF editing recreates text in editable boxes, so fonts and spacing can differ. Scanned pages have no editable text: use the OCR tool first or add new text. PDF download (including document mode) flattens pages to images: searchable text, forms, links and signatures are not retained. This is not secure redaction. Review the exported copy.
