PDF, image, audio & video

Merge, split, organise and annotate PDFs; compress, resize and convert images; extract, trim and convert media. Browser tools use your device. Online tools send selected files to the processing service.

Conversions and AI processing can change layout, image quality or sound. Keep the original and check the output. A visual signature is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Document editors

Work with supported Word, spreadsheet, presentation and text features. The editors support selected formatting, pictures, tables, pages, slides and cells according to file type.

• Word / visual PDF: text formatting across paragraphs and table cells, picture layout and sizing, table controls, paper size, automatic pages and zoom.
• Excel: edit values and formulas, paste a tab-separated cell range, add sheets and format cells. Formulas recalculate when opened in Excel or LibreOffice Calc.
• PowerPoint: edit text and pictures, move/resize objects and set slide backgrounds. Undo/Redo now includes formatting, backgrounds and added slides or sheets.
• Use Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z to redo in the spreadsheet and presentation editor. Windows tool packs receive the same supported editor changes through Check tool updates.

These are not complete Microsoft Office replacements. Imported fonts, charts, layouts, macros and advanced document features may not be editable or previewed.

Private Inventory & Billing

• Sign in with a verified email account. Each account has separate products, customers, suppliers, purchases, sales and balances.
• Owners can add worker emails, update edit permissions, revoke access and switch between their personal store and invited stores. Workers use their own verified account; passwords are never shared.
• Account records are saved online. Internet is required. Pending changes have a local recovery backup if a save fails.
• Products, groups, stock counts, purchases, sales, held orders, payments, tax rates, discounts, partial returns, receipt printing and basic reports.
• Optional cash register: opening float, cash in/out with reasons, cash-only automatic totals, closing count, variance and CSV history. Closed registers are immutable; card/bank payments are excluded.
• Owner-only worker activity history records successful cloud saves, worker joins and access changes from this release. Paginated history can be exported one page at a time.
• Sales reports by day, product or customer support transaction-date or original-bill-date returns, net tax, discounts, historical costs and gross margin. Customer payment-method reports use payment dates.
• Last-purchase or moving-average costs, with supported markup and selling-price rules.
• Correct an untouched purchase quantity or buying price while keeping its document number. Stock is recalculated and previous values are retained in correction history. Later item activity, returns or an overpaid corrected total block the edit.

This is not a full Aronium replacement. Invited verified workers can view the entire shared store. Owners can choose Viewer, Cashier, Stock clerk or Inventory manager presets and customize sales, purchases, product editing, stock adjustment, returns, collections, discounts, promotions, contacts and settings permissions. Workers can view all store records. Previous full-inventory grants remain valid. Simultaneous live editing, fiscal integrations, payment processing and complete advanced Aronium reports are not available. Account snapshots currently support up to 1 MB of inventory data. Export backups regularly.

Previous browser-only records are kept on the original device. Download the previous-device backup and explicitly restore it into the correct account in Settings if it belongs to you.

Windows desktop app

Download the setup, install it on Windows 10/11 x64 and launch Corentra from the desktop or Start menu. It opens its own application window using WebView2.

Local tool packs can work after installation. Online processing and private inventory accounts need internet. This update changes the website and tool catalogue; it does not create a new Microsoft Store MSIX.
